Dr. Pacifico Cruz completed his MD at the University of the Philippines College of Medicine and trained in the Divisions of Plastic Surgery and Burns at UP–PGH. Two fellowships built on that foundation: a full year under Dr. Rei Ogawa at Nippon Medical School, Tokyo (2024–2025; reconstructive surgery, microsurgery, keloid management, lymphedema), and, in 2025, aesthetic plastic surgery under Dr. Patrick Tonnard and Dr. Alexis Verpaele in Ghent and Sint-Martens-Latem, Belgium (MACS facelift, lipofilling, nanofat), with additional training in Brussels. He is a Diplomate of the Philippine Board of Plastic Surgery (2024).
